AI automation agency in Florida
Where in Florida do you work?
We are based in Palm Beach County and work in person across it:
- West Palm Beach
- Palm Beach
- Lake Worth Beach
- Greenacres
- Boynton Beach
- Delray Beach
- Boca Raton
- Palm Beach Gardens
- Jupiter
- Wellington
- Royal Palm Beach
- Riviera Beach
Everywhere else in Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, the Treasure Coast — and the rest of the United States, we work remotely, at the same price. There is no travel surcharge and no separate "remote" rate. Most of the work is remote anyway: an AI phone agent is configured, tested and handed over without anyone needing to be in the room.
What does an AI automation agency in Florida charge?
Most won't tell you until you book a call. Ours are on the page, and they are the same numbers we say on the phone and put on the invoice.
| Service | One-time | Monthly | Live in |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI audit | Free | — | 30 minutes |
| AI phone receptionist | $225 | $99 | 1–2 weeks |
| WhatsApp & SMS follow-up | $225 | $50 | 1–2 weeks |
| Automation built for your business | From $1,500 | — | 2–4 weeks |
| Small custom tool | From $3,000 | — | 2–3 weeks |
| Internal tool or dashboard | From $6,000 | — | 3–5 weeks |
| Client portal with roles and payments | From $10,000 | — | 6–10 weeks |
Every price is fixed in writing before work starts. The full list, including websites, is on the pricing page.
Which businesses does this actually fit?
The pattern is the same regardless of industry: a business that loses money when nobody answers. In Florida that is a long list — clinics, law firms, contractors, restaurants, auto shops, salons, property managers, real estate teams. What they share is a phone that rings outside office hours and a stack of leads that go cold because the reply took four hours.
The three questions that decide whether a task is worth automating are in our guide to what to automate and what it costs. The short version: it has to happen weekly, the right answer has to be predictable, and the delay has to cost you something.
Why does bilingual matter in Florida specifically?
Because a large share of customers in South Florida will start the conversation in Spanish, and an assistant that answers only in English loses them in the first ten seconds. Both founders work in both languages, and so does everything we build: the phone agent answers in both, the WhatsApp and SMS flows reply in both, websites ship bilingual, and the proposal and contract come in whichever language you prefer.
It is not a translation layer bolted on at the end. That distinction shows up the moment a customer says something idiomatic.
What makes this different from the other AI agencies?
Three things you can check rather than take our word for:
- The prices are published. You are reading them. You did not have to book a call to find out.
- We run our own software in production. ReSharpe analyses property markets, Dashlio and B&M Global Capital are live products with real users. We sell the technology we already depend on, not a demo.
- You own everything. Code, domain, phone number, accounts — yours from day one. If you leave, nothing stops working and nothing is held hostage.
And one thing we will say plainly: the audit is free partly because it is how we decide whether we can help. Often the right answer is that you should fix a process or change a tool before automating anything. We would rather tell you that on a free call than halfway through a paid project.
How do you start?
- A 30-minute call. You tell us how leads reach you, what tools you pay for, and which task annoys you most.
- A written list. What is worth automating, what each would cost, what to leave alone. Yours to keep either way.
- A fixed price in writing if you want to go ahead — within 48 hours, with the scope spelled out.
No contract is signed before step three, and nothing is charged before it either.
